Daily Loxahatchee fish movement maps are listed here. Click on the code to see a map of the receivers visited by the fish.
If a fish has no recorded movements, it will not be listed here. If you cannot find a particular fish, try viewing the Master Tagged Fish List, which lists all fish.
Currently, our maps only work in Internet Explorer. We hope to have them functioning in Firefox later. Also, if your browser seems to slow down after viewing many maps, just close it, reopen it and return to view more maps.
Daily Fish Movements The maps below are based on a daily time step. That is, all receivers on which a fish was detected turns red on that particular day. More detailed movement maps (e.g., over the course of a single day) are available upon request. Data are updated about one time per month. We plan to tag more snook in spring 2008, so check back frequently for new movement data on this fascinating species. Those individuals with especially interesting movement patterns are indicated by a checkmark.
